Account Administrator (m/f), Gorakhpur in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh

Your tasks:
- Review and verify data, such as age, name, address, and principal sum and value of property on insurance applications and policies
- Examine letters from policyholders or agents, original insurance applications, and other company documents to determine if changes are needed and effectsof changes
- Organize and work with detailed office or warehouse records, maintaining files for each policyholder, including policies that are to be reinstated or cancelled
- Interview clients and take their calls to provide customer service and obtain information on claims
- Compose business correspondence for supervisors, managers and professionals
- Collect initial premiums and issue receipts
Your skills:
- Teaching others how to do something
- Writing computer programs for various purposes
- Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
- Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Analyzing needs and product requirements to create a design
