Account Director (m/f), Gorakhpur in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh

Your tasks:
- Conducts performance reviews and career path plans for direct reports
- Embraces and encourages a culture based on team work, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity
- Assists in interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, developing, and evaluating team members
- Motivates, leads, and manages internal teams, working collaboratively to drive programs that meet our clients business objectives
- Establishes expectations and goals for team on performance marketing thought leadership
- Drives adoption of stated account management best practices through example setting, positive reinforcement and behavioral correction
Your skills:
- Demonstrated understanding of online marketing principles
- 2-4 years of search engine marketing preferred
- Knowledge of statistical methods and testing methodology preferred
- Deep knowledge of ad serving platforms and online analytic solutions- High competency level in MS Office with specific strengths in Excel and PowerPoint
- 6-8 years of account management experience in online advertising, direct marketing, or e-commerce
- Knowledge of back-end data marts and front-end user interface preferred
- 2-4 years of demonstrated success in managing and leading people
- Able to work independently and balance multiple tasks
- 5+ years experience in interactive marketing or business consulting using data and information to drive specific targeting and marketing recommendations
- Bachelors degree, concentration in business, marketing, or advertising preferred
