Graphic Production Coordinator (m/f), Gorakhpur in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh

Your tasks:
- Cropping, scaling, and converting color to grayscale for use in various media types
- Creating and maintaining creative asset archives for all assigned clients
- Working with Product Development and Client Service teams to coordinate all project details, schedule and integration into system
- Creating and testing ad layouts in a proprietary layout tool driven by geometry and customer specifications
- Developing project level of effort, including the assignment of project target start, testing, and completion dates
- Organizing and coordinating Graphic Operations projects as assigned.
- Organizing and coordinating alternate Graphic Operations resources as needed for completion of assigned client projects
- Creating and maintaining assigned client tutorials, help guides, and new functionality demos
- Preflighting creative materials; including verification of color space, resolution, bleeds, fonts, mechanical specifications, etc.
Your skills:
- The ability to work on multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
- Able to identify issue, define cause, document resolution, and implement solution
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to plan, manage and track assigned projects
- Graphic Arts Degree with 2–5 years of related experience
- Experience with Dreamweaver, Flash or HTML
