Your tasks:
- Develop and execute sales and training efforts with the Distributor Manager, Area Specification Managers and key distributors
- Developing an annual strategic plan for accomplishing corporate objectives|Successfully develop and implement local/regional programs
- Grow sales faster thanthe market growth rate and achieving sales objectives
- Leadership ability demonstrated by results and successful accomplishment in the account manager role leading to the potential for succeeding into a direct management role
- Ability to analyze and dissect the market as it relates to market share, penetration and growth opportunities
- Maintain and utilize contractor data base for direct marketing and communication efforts
- Development and participation of strategic contractor events, tradeshows and regional events
Your skills:
- Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheets and database applications
- Three to five years sales experience and a proven ability to sell
- Sales Management Experience
- Strong selling, communication and general business skills
