Administrative Secretary (m/f), Gorakhpur in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh

Your tasks:
- Tracking multiple projects and interface regularly with staff and partners
- Taking initiative to support Chief Executive in all clerical duties
- Drafting, editing and proofreading formal correspondence
- Recording and preparing notes as necessary and monitoring follow-up items
- Conducting research around priority topics for executive team
- Managing Chief Executive’s calendar, including travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas, booking transportation
Your skills:
- Thorough knowledge of business English, spelling, punctuation and proofreading
- Previous executive assistant experience or comparable experience where organizing systems and processes was required
- Sense of humor, strong work ethic
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to reflect on successes and areas of growth and receive feedback eagerly
- Ability to work autonomously as well as take direction as needed
- Results-oriented and willing to do whatever it takes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
