Your tasks:
- Identification of Business Requirements and Design Proposals
- Consultancy on the capabilities and functionality available within our current SAP landscape and inputting into a roadmap to exploit the SAP system assets
- Identification and communication of how the business process willchange based on the design
- SAP application configuration to enable functionality in line with best practise to meet user requirements
- Where applicable develop work around alternatives and fully document the solution
- Assist the business in Developing new Business processes based on the design,ensuring best practise is followed
- Carry out problem identification, evaluation, business liaison, temporary and long term fixes to the application
Your skills:
- Good communication skills at both technical and business level
- Enhancement specification writing
- Must take ownership of problems- Good problem determination and impact assessment skills
- Good analytical skills
- Requirements and design documentation to approved standards
- Must be able to run workshops and create designs from a blank sheet of paper
- Must be able to demonstrate technical leadership of junior colleagues
- Roven ability to work within a team
- Must be customer focused
